Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Hardware

  Carefully place the items in their original individual packaging to prevent scratches during transit and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
